• Account information — your name, email address, and (for film creators) phone number and MoMo merchant code, provided when you sign up.
• Payment records — for manual MTN MoMo payments, we store the transaction code and plan you submit so an administrator can approve access. We do not process or store card details; all payments happen through MTN MoMo directly.
• Usage data — we keep an anonymous count of page views (a random per-browser id, not tied to your identity) to understand how many people visit the site.
• Cookies — small files stored in your browser to keep you signed in and, where advertising is enabled, to help serve relevant ads.

How we use your information

• To create and manage your account and subscription.
• To approve manual payments and grant access to content.
• To contact you about your account when necessary.
• To measure overall site traffic and improve the service.
• To display advertising, where enabled (see below).

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with service providers that help us run the site (such as our hosting, database, and storage providers) and with advertising partners as described above, or where required by law.

Data retention & your rights

Children

Rwandaflix is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them.
