Accounts

You are responsible for keeping your login details secure and for all activity under your account. Provide accurate information when signing up. We may suspend accounts that break these Terms.

Viewer subscriptions

Watching is free. A paid subscription (via manual MTN MoMo payment) unlocks downloads of the movies we publish. Payments are approved manually by an administrator after you submit your transaction code. Subscriptions grant access for the stated period and do not auto-renew — you pay again to continue.

Film creators (Inyarwanda)

Approved film creators may list their own movies after paying the creator subscription. Creators are solely responsible for the content they upload and confirm they hold the rights to it. Payments and tips that fans send to a creator go directly to that creator via their MoMo code; Rwandaflix does not process, hold, or guarantee those payments. For paid creator movies, access is granted after an administrator confirms the viewer’s payment.

Content & acceptable use

• Do not upload content you do not have the right to share.
• Do not attempt to redistribute, resell, or scrape content.
• Do not misuse, attack, or disrupt the service.

We may remove content or accounts that violate these rules or applicable law.

Advertising

The site may display third-party advertising. Your interactions with advertisers are between you and them; see our Privacy Policy for how advertising cookies are used.

Disclaimer & liability

The service is provided “as is” without warranties. To the extent permitted by law, Rwandaflix is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the site.

Changes

We may update these Terms. Continued use after changes are posted means you accept the updated Terms.
